Standard documents required for the admission process

* 2 Original computerised birth certificates

* Copy of student’s passport

* 12 recent passport-size photos of student.

* Copy of mother and father’s national ID.

* Copy of student’s vaccination report

* Valid residence visa and entry stamp for non-Egyptian students.

* Copy of both passports for dual nationals

Required documents for Egyptians transferring from outside Egypt

In addition to the standard documents:

* Copy of student’s passport (main page and entry stamp page).

* Last 2 school reports stamped by the Ministry of Education in the country the student is transferring from, as well as by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

* School hierarchy letter from the Ministry of Education

Required documents for Egyptians transferring from another school within Egypt

In addition to the standard documents

* Certificate of enrollment

* 4 copies of the Transfer papers from the previous school stamped by both the school and governmental agencies

* Attendance statement or success report for last 2 academic years stamped by the school and the Educational District.

* Electronic transfer form from previous school

* School hierarchy letter from the Ministry of Education

Required documents for non-Egyptians transferring from outside Egypt

In addition to the above

* Passport copies for both parents
